- Advise restaurant chains in brand positioning, culture, development strategy, site selection, product and operational issues.

- Provide advice and perspective to private equity firms, hedge funds and stock analysts interested in the restaurant and related industries and/or specific companies. 

- Assist private equity firms in the analysis and valuation of potential acquisitions.  Review investment memorandum, meet with management, collaborate on projections and help formulate bids.
